PRIVACY POLICY
Last updated September 5, 2026
This privacy notice for VNEXT CONSULTING ("we," "us," or
"our") describes how and why we collect, store, use, and share ("process")
your information when you use our mobile application تجميع الحليب
(package name com.vnext.collectapp) and the related web administration site operated for the
dairy collection centre (together, the "Services").
The application is a work tool for a milk collection centre. It is used by milk collectors
(employees or contractors of the centre) to record the quantities of milk they collect from farmers during a
collection round, and to place fodder orders. It is not a consumer application and accounts are issued by the
centre's administration.
Questions or concerns? Reading this privacy notice will help you understand your privacy rights
and choices. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, please do not use our Services. If you still
have any questions or concerns, please contact us at
achraf.gharbi@vnext-sot.com.
SUMMARY OF KEY POINTS
- What information do we process? Your collector account
number and name, the milk quantities and fodder orders you record, a unique identifier of the phone you sign in
with, basic device information, and — if you consent — the precise location (GPS) of your device.
- Do we process sensitive information? Yes. For collector
accounts we process precise location (GPS) data, and, if you additionally grant the "Allow all
the time" permission, we continue to collect it while the application is closed or not in use.
This is always optional and is requested only after you sign in.
- Do we sell or advertise? No. We do not sell your personal
information, we do not use it for advertising, and the application contains no advertising, analytics or
tracking software from third parties.
- Who sees your information? Only authenticated
administrator accounts of the dairy collection centre, and our technical staff where necessary to operate and
support the Services.
- Do we collect information from third parties? No.
- How can you delete your data? See
section 11.
TABLE OF CONTENTS
1. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?
Information you provide to us
When you sign in and use the application, we process:
- Account credentials. Your collector account number and
password, used to authenticate you against the centre's system.
- Account details. Your collector name and account number,
shown in the application and attached to the records you create.
- Collection records. The farmer code and name, the milk
quantity you enter, and the date and collection period (morning / evening) of each entry.
- Fodder orders. Daily and advance fodder orders you place
on behalf of a farmer, including product types and quantities.
Information collected automatically
- Device identifier. We collect the unique identifier that
Android assigns to the application on your device. It is used for one purpose only: to enforce that a collector
account can be used on a single phone, so that an account cannot be shared or used from another device. It is
not used for advertising or profiling.
- Device and connection information. Basic technical
information such as device model, operating system version, and network state, used to operate the application,
to detect whether the device is online, and for troubleshooting.
- Location information. See
section 2 below.
The application stores your collection records on the device itself so that it keeps working in areas with no
mobile coverage, and sends them to the centre's server once a connection is available. This local copy is removed
when the application data is cleared or the application is uninstalled.
The application contains no advertising software, no third-party analytics, and no crash-reporting or tracking
services. Information is sent only to the server operated for the dairy collection centre.
2. LOCATION DATA AND BACKGROUND LOCATION
In Short: If you consent, we collect the
precise location of your device during the collection round, including while the application is closed, so that
the centre can follow and verify the round. It is never used for advertising and is never sold.
What we collect
- Precise location (GPS) — latitude, longitude,
accuracy, speed and the time of the reading.
- Background location — if you additionally grant the
"Allow all the time" permission, the same data continues to be collected while the application is closed or not
in use.
Why we collect it
- Live view of the round. The centre's administration sees
the current position of each collector on a map, in order to coordinate the collection round and respond if a
collector is delayed or needs assistance.
- Proof of collection. The position at which each milk
entry was recorded is saved with that entry, so the centre can confirm that a farmer was actually visited and
resolve disputes about a collection.
Background location is needed because a collection round takes place outdoors over several hours, and the phone
screen is normally off or another application is in use between farms. Without it, the map at the centre would
stop updating for most of the round.
What we store, and for how long
We keep two separate sets of location data:
- Your current position. One record per collector,
containing the most recent reading only. Each new reading replaces the previous one, so this record holds no
history.
- The positions of your collection entries. One record for
each milk quantity you record, containing the position, the farmer code, the date and the collection period.
Because there is one record per entry, these records together form a history of the route you followed
during a collection round, and the centre's administration can display that route on a map. They are
retained as part of the centre's collection records (see
section 6).
Location data is visible only to authenticated administrator accounts of the dairy collection centre. It is not
shared with any third party, is not used for advertising, and is not sold.
Your choice
Location permissions are requested only after you have signed in, and only after the application has shown you an
explanation of what is collected and why. Granting "Allow all the time" is optional: if you refuse it, the rest of
the application continues to work normally and only the live map at the centre is affected.
You can withdraw location access at any time on your device, without uninstalling the application:
Settings > Apps > تجميع الحليب > Permissions > Location,
and choose "Allow only while using the app" or "Don't allow". Withdrawal takes effect immediately and does not
affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it.
3. HOW DO WE PROCESS YOUR INFORMATION?
In Short: To operate the milk collection
service, to secure accounts, and to comply with law.
- To provide the collection service. To record milk
quantities and fodder orders against the correct farmer and collector, and to make those records available to
the centre for payment and stock management.
- To authenticate you and secure accounts. To verify your
credentials, and to enforce that one collector account is used on one phone.
- To restrict use to working hours. The application checks
the working periods configured by the centre and does not allow collection outside them.
- To follow and verify the collection round. As described
in section 2, where you have consented to location access.
- To operate, support and troubleshoot the Services.
Including diagnosing synchronisation problems between the phone and the server.
- To comply with legal obligations and to establish,
exercise or defend legal claims.
4. ON WHAT BASIS DO WE PROCESS YOUR INFORMATION?
We process account, collection and device-identifier data because it is necessary to perform the working
relationship between you and the dairy collection centre and to operate the Services, and because we have a
legitimate interest in keeping accounts secure and collection records accurate.
We process location data on the basis of your consent, given in the application and in the
Android permission dialog. You may withdraw that consent at any time as described in
section 2.
5. WHEN AND WITH WHOM DO WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION?
In Short: With the dairy collection centre
that issued your account, and with no one else except where the law requires it.
- The dairy collection centre. Your collection records,
fodder orders and location data are available to authenticated administrator accounts of the centre that issued
your collector account.
- Our technical staff. Personnel of VNEXT CONSULTING may
access data where necessary to operate, maintain or support the Services.
- Legal obligations. We may disclose information where we
are required to do so by law, or where disclosure is necessary to protect our rights or the safety of
others.
- Business transfers. We may share or transfer information
in connection with a merger, sale of assets, financing, or acquisition of all or part of our business.
We do not sell your personal information, we do not share it with advertising networks or data brokers,
and we do not use it for advertising or profiling.
6. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?
We keep personal information only for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this notice, unless a
longer period is required or permitted by law (for example accounting or tax obligations).
- Account information is kept for as long as your collector
account is active with the centre.
- Collection records and fodder orders are kept as part of
the centre's commercial and accounting records, because they are the basis on which farmers are paid.
- Your current position is a single record that is
overwritten by each new reading and is deleted when your account is removed.
- Collection-entry positions are kept with the collection
record they belong to.
When we no longer have a legitimate need to process your personal information, we will delete or anonymise it.
Where that is not immediately possible (for example because it is held in a backup), we will store it securely and
isolate it from further processing until deletion is possible.
7. HOW DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION SAFE?
All communication between the application and the server takes place over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Access to
the administration site, including the collector map, requires an administrator account and is not public. Data
stored on your phone is held in the application's private storage, which other applications cannot read.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so although we take appropriate measures we cannot
guarantee absolute security. You should protect your account by keeping your password confidential and by locking
your device.
8. WHAT ARE YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS?
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about
you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to receive a copy
of it. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at
achraf.gharbi@vnext-sot.com. We will
respond in accordance with applicable law.
Withdrawing your consent to location access. Where we rely on your consent, you may withdraw it
at any time, in the device settings described in section 2, or by
contacting us. This will not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
Because your account is issued by the dairy collection centre, some requests — in particular deletion of
collection records that the centre relies on to pay farmers — may need to be handled together with the
centre. We will tell you if that is the case.
9. DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?
No. The Services are a professional tool intended solely for adult milk collectors working with the dairy
collection centre. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we become aware that we have
collected such information, we will delete it. If you believe we may have done so, please contact us at
achraf.gharbi@vnext-sot.com.
10. DO WE MAKE UPDATES TO THIS NOTICE?
Yes. We may update this privacy notice from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated
"Last updated" date at the top of this notice. If we make material changes, we will notify you either by
prominently posting a notice or by informing you directly. We encourage you to review this notice regularly.
11. HOW CAN YOU REVIEW, UPDATE, OR DELETE THE DATA WE COLLECT FROM YOU?
You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete
your account and the personal information associated with it.
- To request deletion or a copy of your data, send an email
to achraf.gharbi@vnext-sot.com from
the address associated with you, or contact the administration of your dairy collection centre. Please include
your collector account number so that we can identify your records. We will respond within 30 days.
- What is deleted. Your account, the device identifier
linked to it, and your location data are deleted. Collection records and fodder orders may be retained where the
centre is required to keep them for accounting purposes or to pay farmers; where that applies, we will tell you
what is retained and why.
- To remove the data held on your phone, uninstall the
application, or clear its data in Settings > Apps > تجميع الحليب > Storage.
